HIER means HERE... So where do we start to solve the climate problem? HERE! The HERE-campaign is a national Dutch effort to change and direct 'energy behaviour' of consumers, business and authorities. A collective initiative of the broadest possible coalition of 40 national and international ngo's, varying from WWF and Greenpeace to Red Cross and Unicef. It's main claim is to live and operate 100% carbon neutral in 2 steps.
