Visit

For the moment you can visit us during our normal opening hours. Bierkreek is open Friday afternoon from 1PM to 5PM and Saturday from .8:30 to 17:00. It is possible to visit the nursery outside of those hours but only after making an appointment with us via telephone. On a number of weekends each year we are also open on Sundays. This is usually during the Rose Festival, The “No Fuss” days, The Pruning Days or the Rose Hips Days. See our calendar for a complete list of events.

 

Bierkreek tries to offer many different ways of visiting the nursery.   Do you wish to come as a group and have a guided tour? That is possible. (read more). Do you just want to wander through on your own and stop and smell the roses? Then we will leave you alone until closing time. You can also walk the nursery with us and look, feel, smell, taste and pick the beauty that will surround you. A picnic lunch? No problem!

 

Between the roses or on one of our “Shangri-La” spots you can sit in peace. And if the fields are wet and you forgot your boots that is also not a problem. We have boots you can borrow in (almost) alls sizes!

 

The paths along the roses are solidified for disabled access, so that everyone can look, smell, feel and taste. Bierkreek has a restroom but that is not yet handicap accessible.
